CommentsI totally agree with you, actually I tried to do the background brown, but I didnt' find the perfect brown, no matter what, so I decided to put it back... I'll try again to find the right color! Thank you

You did a very nice job on the layout of the coffee and chocolate but I'm not too crazy about the background. The browns don't go too well with the black and white faded backdrop. Personally, I would have choosen a velvety red color, an army green color, or a deep rich brown color to balance out the colors and bring it together more.
The picture as a whole is quite lovely but the backdrop colors are slightly distracting and don't go well with the warm tones of the coffee and chocolate.
I'm not trying to be mean about your piece in anyway possible. Just from my point of view, it looks like two seperate pieces where put together and the harmony between the two isn't benefitting the colors very well.
Overall though, this is a very nice piece.
